West Norwood Feast is back!

Sunday 2nd April 10am to 4pm is the return of West Norwood Feast Festival for 2023.

Music, food, shopping, meet up with friends   – something for everyone.

Check out all 4 sites where Feast activities are taking place:

  • St Lukes Church Gardens SE27 0DT
  • West Norwood Health & Leisure Centre gardens SE27 0DF
  • Outside Library -Picture House SE27 9JU
  • Chatsworth Way SE27 9DJ

Feast Festival is run by local volunteers on first Sunday of each month from April to December.

Feast is back at Easter!

West Norwood Feast is back again in 2021 on Sunday April 4th between 10am and 4pm. The stalls will be hot & cold food stalls only: Food Fair stalls will be spaced out safely in St Lukes church gardens SE27 0DT and the Fresh n Green stalls in the Village Green around the Leisure Centre in Devane Way SE27 0DF.

Next month Feast is hoping, lockdown rules permitting,  to open its full range of stalls in the early May bank holiday weekend – Sunday 2nd May.

Feast is back on Sunday

West Norwood Feast markets are back for real on 2nd August this Sunday 10am to 4pm. Come along and support our local independent businesses.

Things have changed around a little since last year and  Feast is now on three sites: Food Fair at St Luke’s Church ,  Artisans’ Market at Chatworth Way  and Village Green in Devane Way SE27 0DF . Due to social distancing there is no picnicing in St Luke’s Gardens.

Feast is back this Sunday 7/4

Stalls near York Hill

West Norwood Feast is back on Sunday 7th April after its winter break ! The weather will be warmer at  a welcome 16 degrees C too!

Markets & activities at Artisans’ Market (Chatsworth Way SE24 9HR), Food Fair (in the garden of St Luke’s church SE27 0DT), Retro Village (Rosebery’s  74-76 Knight’s Hill SE27 0JD), Family Hub (outside the West Norwood Health & Leisure Centre, Devane Way SE27 0DF) and Fresh & Green (along Norwood Road from the corner of York Hill SE27 9AF)

Free music & kids activities at Portico from 10am, Food Fair from 12noon, Artisans Market from 10am, Family Hub from 11am. Picturehouse Cinema  is showing unique short local films at 11.30am . The Book & Record Bar has DJ  12noon to 2pm.

West Norwood Feast is back Easter weekend

West Norwood Feast last April

The first Feast Day in 2018 is 1st April – Easter Sunday. From April to December the first Sunday of every month is a West Norwood Feast markets day-  run by volunteers.

Markets & activities are at Artisans’ Market (Chatsworth Way SE24 9HR), Food Fair (in the garden of St Luke’s church SE27 0DT), Retro Village (Rosebery’s  74-76 Knight’s Hill SE27 0JD), Family Hub (outside the West Norwood Health & Leisure Centre, Devane Way SE27 0DF) and Fresh & Green (along Norwood Road from the corner of York Hill SE27 9AF).  And lots of free musical entertainments too!!

Cemetery plans

Local residents are working with the council to bid for substantial funds from the Heritage Lottery to improve West Norwood Cemetery, a key part of our neighbourhood and a lovely green open space.

The plans are at an important stage and there is a consultation under way giving everyone a chance to have a say – deadline is Saturday 30th September 2017

Look out for a stall at the West Norwood Feast markets on Sunday 3rd September – in St Lukes church gardens SE27 0HS .

Drop in to meet the project team at Portico Gallery, Knights Hill SE27 0HS on Wednesday 13th September 6pm to 8.30pm or Saturday 16th September 10am to 4pm

Celebrate Christmas lights

In and around St Lukes’s church SE27 0HS in West Norwood this Saturday 12th December.
