Derelict site at 17 Knights Hill
Antic are looking for an alternative and larger building to house one of their boutique style pubs in West Norwood. The site next to Emmaus at 17 Knights Hill turned out not to be suitable and has been sold on.

What about the natwest building that just closed?
What about the Gipsy Tavern at the top of Auckland Hill. It recently closed down and is a good sized building. As a nearby resident I’d love to have a decent boutique pub as my nearest local.
Empty pub on chapel road? Or big empty lot on corner of Knights Hill and Chapel Road.
Gipsy Tavern would be great! The Gipsy Queen is probably too small …?
Apologies if someone has already suggested this but the Park Tavern in Elder Road is for lease/sale.
What about the old fire station?
