Helen Hayes MP

Helen Hayes was re-elected as MP for Dulwich & West Norwood on July 4th.

27,356 voters supported Helen – giving her 60.3% of the vote and putting Helen in the top 8 constituencies nationally for vote share. Her majority is 18,789 on a turnout of 57%.

Helen is a popular MP and was congratulated by many constituents at West Norwood Feast markets on Sunday 7th.

Helen Hayes re-elected

Following the June 8th general election our Labour MP for Dulwich & West Norwood is again Helen Hayes who received 39,096 votes, a massive 28,156 ahead of her nearest rivals. The Tories got 10,940, the Lib Dems 4,475 , the Greens 1,408 and two independents 121 & 103 votes. Candidates who get less than 5% of the total votes lose a £500 deposit.

In 2015 Helen was first elected to parliament with 27,772 votes and since then has gained an excellent reputation as hard working local MP.
