DSC_37331@JonSnowC4  and @DoonMackichan are joining the Freeze for Trees – Mid Winter Swim  fundraiser event at Brockwell Lido SE24 0PA  on Saturday 13th December. You can choose whether to swim a lap or two, or just jump straight in and out. Organised by Trees for Cities. Registration £15 from 10.30am &  jump in at 11.30am.

Participants enjoy a hot shower afterwards, a goodie bag, a complimentary hot drink and mince pie, festive live music, and a whole lot of Christmas cheer. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged and there will be prizes for the best outfit.
Spectators are most welcome; there will be hot food and drink available – including some delicious mulled wine, provided by The Lido Cafe.

All funds raised from the group jump-in will help Trees for Cities to continue planting trees in streets, housing estates, schools and parks, to grow stronger neighbourhoods, enhance urban landscapes and improve health and happiness.
