Property developers are kick starting the regeneration of Norwood High Street with an 8 storey building (pictured) on the run-down site next to Travis Perkins. 
Their plans are for 19 flats with a children’s play space on the roof. And business space in the basement , ground and first floor.
Cycle parking is located inside the building but there are no vehicle parking spaces on the site . Two nearby existing parking spaces will be converted into disabled parking bays.
At this stage none of the 19 flats are specified as affordable.

Maybe I can’t count but that picture is not 8 stories, it’s 6 at most.
