Unfortunately I have not been too impressed with the customer service in Otter trading. The 1st occasion a member of staff failed to communicate my food order despite taking money for it. We sat for nearly 30 mins until we questioned. The 2nd occasion a member of staff went off to answer her mobile and again failed to communicate my order, which we had to give to another staff member. I appreciate that this business is still fnding its feet, howver it would be nice if Otter trading pay some attention to staff training and professionalism or else I maybe giving this place a wide berth forever.
