The show must go on!

The Lambeth Horticultural Society is based in West Norwood and runs the highly popular flower tent at The Country Show each July. They also put on a Spring and Autumn flower show competitions in St Luke’s church.

Due to the corona virus lockdown the 2020 Spring show goes online!

There are 3 flower categories: tulips, daffodils and mixed spring flowers. If you have taken up baking there is a hot-cross bun competition. And children can enter an animal made of recycling and a rainbow collage.

Send in photos before Friday 3rd April. So get snapping those spring flowers and send them in!

Spring Flower Show 2016

21282724469_ca897ed9c4_zCome and see our traditional local flower show at St Luke’s Church  SE27 0HS on Saturday 2nd April  2pm – 4.30pm. The exhibits will inspire us to get planting & sowing  and cooking!  All welcome. A flower show is  not  just  plants – the show includes crafts, jams and baking  – some recipes provided.

If this is too short notice why not plan ahead for the Flower Show on September 3rd? The photography classes include “Work and leisure”  and “Weather”.

Show off your gardening skills
