Cemetery tours every first Sunday
There are traces of Norwood’s past everywhere and a great way to find out more is to join a free history walk led by local experts. Every first Sunday of the month there is a guided tour of history of West Norwood Cemetery at 2.30pm http://www.fownc.org/. We can see Henry Tate’s gardens in May or September. There are tours of West Norwood & Upper Norwood in June, July & August. And if you are curious about the hidden river Effra put 11th and 25th September in your diary.
