Portico, Brixton BID & Cllr Hopkins at the launch
Businesses in West Norwood and Tulse Hill have just published plans for a Business Improvement District (BID). The launch at The Great North Wood pub was attended by local businesses and those from other BIDS in Lambeth. During May 2016 businesses in West Norwood and Tulse Hill confirm their voting details and ballot papers go out at the end of June with a closing date of 27th July 2016.
BID activities will be funded by a 1.5% levy on businesses with a rateable value of £6k or more.

£30k has been won by West Norwood businesses & the council from the London Mayor to support work on a local Business Improvement District ( BID) . BIDs are organisations owned by businesses to improve business in the area.
