Businesses in West Norwood and Tulse Hill have just published plans for a Business Improvement District (BID). The launch at The Great North Wood pub was attended by local businesses and those from other BIDS in Lambeth. BID activities will be funded by a 1.5% levy on businesses with a rateable value of £6k or more.
