Our local rail station ticket offices are to close down June – September 2016 . Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) says ticket machines will replace the ticket office. Each of our stations has 2 ticket machines and there are no plans to increase the number of ticket machines.
They will also employ a “Station Host” to assist people travelling. The promised “Host” hours at Streatham Hill, Tulse Hill & West Norwood stations are:
Mon-Sat 5.30am to 10pm and Sundays 7am to 10pm .
Gipsy Hill station “Host” hours will start 30 mins later on weekdays. Saturday is not mentioned!

London Travel Watch will review all comments received, and will make a recommendation to the Department for Transport based on these and other information received
