Fast becoming a destination for sought after second-hand furniture shopping, West Norwood can soon boast of two new premises!  With it’s already firmly established clothes shop, adjacent “shabby chic” furniture shop, book and furniture warehouse, Emmaus South London has now opened another furniture store at 88 Knights Hill SE27 0JD in the premises of the old Loft Shop. Maddisons, currently at 70 Knights Hill, is to be knocked down to make way for more homes. But don’t worry Maddisons is staying in West Norwood and  moving a few doors down to 86 Knights Hill . Usually open 10.30am to 3.30pm on Saturdays – best to ring for an appointment at other times on 07956 832 970 . Look in the window at the  beautifully restored mid-20^th century and modern furniture including some  lovely Ercol pieces!
