Lambeth’s Labour party candidates won an unprecedented 4th term of office following their record breaking victory in 2014 . Labour won  57 of the 63 seats in the council elections on the 3rd May 2018.

    I would have thought that the fact that the number of Labour seats actually went down and the Green Party are now the official opposition with 5 seats, from 1, while the conservatives now only have 1 seat, from 3
