The property developers, Elemento Group based in Essex, are showcasing their plans for new homes on the site of the garage at 21-27 & 28 Dalton Street SE27 9HS . Drop in at Dalton Street on Thursday 15th December between 12noon and 7.30pm. Elemento plan to build 17 homes with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms in a 3 store building plus basement.
Following this public consultation Elemento are expected to submit a planning application which will have a formal consultation.
