Older Persons Shared Ownership scheme.

West Norwood will soon have Lambeth’s first Older Persons Shared Ownership (OPSO) housing in Lambeth. The scheme allows existing owner occupiers to buy 75% of their own independent flat with options for extra care only if required. OPSO can suit older people wishing to downsize but stay in their local area. Owner occupiers are not eligible for rented council or housing association sheltered housing.
