October is Black History month!

This year Lambeth libaries and others are putting on a fantastic wide range of events – online and face to face – so there is something for everyone. Check out the brochure and book through eventbrite.

In West Norwood there are two children events in West Norwood Library SE27 9JX at half term:

• Tuesday 26^th October at 2.30pm a workshop with Venessa Taylor author of Baller Boys
• Saturday 30^th October at 2pm Serlina Boyd talks about her new book – Cocoa Girl Awesome Hair

And between 10am and 5pm Saturday 9^th October a pop-up market of art, fashion jewellery, hair & skin care in the library – cinema community hall.
