New block for Knollys Road

Developers are planning to demolish the semi –detached houses at 73-79 Knollys Road SW16 2JN ( next to Tina Court) and replace with 20 flats and 3 houses by building in the large back garden. The plans also include an underground car park. The council is due to decide on the plans before the end of August.
