The site currently has A2 planning use which covers banks, estate agents and other money services. If another estate agent wants to open up in West Norwood it must mean there are more people wanting to move into the neighbourhood!

Are you sure that Pedders are moving in and not just managing the property? One of the applications was for “display of externally illuminated fascia sign to front and side elevations” which doesn’t sound like their brand.
